With the innovation of new design software we are able to vividly illustrate our design concepts to our clients. Fee Structures
As professional consultants, our standard practice is to charge by the hour. A hourly fee offers purchasing freedom tailored to the clients budget.
When approached with a new project, the prospective client and I discuss it in length. We then submit a proposal based on the projected scope of the project.
When a client needs consultation time only, we discuss terms on the phone.
There are limited times when we will give a fixed fee, such as designing a model home for a builder.
