LAURA GILLS After attending the renowned Art School in Philadelphia, she started her career in 1984 in Philadelphia and relocated to Ohio in 1997, after marrying a Buckeye. She’s been self employed for over 25 years and has been on both radio design shows as well as being published in several periodicals and magazines including The Main Line Times and Cleveland Magazine. Though Ohio doesn’t have licensure, she attends Continuing Education Courses on a yearly basis. TRACY HARTONG After spending the summer of 2009 as an intern at Laura Gills: An Interior Design Company, Tracy was honored when asked to stay on as an Assistant Designer. She presently holds a position as Financial Director with ASID. Tracy, being proficient at AutoCAD, has been a big help to the company in both residential and commercial jobs. KALEIGH CODY Kaleigh, a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College, holds an Associate’s of Business with focus on Interior Design. She began as an intern with Laura Gills in the early part of 2011 and has quickly learned the 'behind the scenes' business processes of the interior design industry as well as much of the technology used to create digital images for clients. Kaleigh is an Allied member of ASID and holds a position on the board as the Emerging Professional Chair. With Kaleigh’s experience growing up on boats, and her further exposure to a variety of Floridian yachts, she brings valuable knowledge to the marine design portion of the business. This summer, when Kaleigh was asked to join Laura Gills Interior Design as a full-time assistant designer, she was honored and excited to become a permanent part of the team and looks forward to a rewarding career with the company. AMBER CHAPMAN Amber came to Laura Gills in 2009 as a part time administrative assistant. With 20 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and business management, she handles our accounts receivables /payables, bookkeeping and payroll. She is the liaison between our office and our vendors. She handles our website updates and marketing projects as well. Her hands on experience with sewing, graphic design and art have been an asset to us behind the scenes at Laura Gills.
